The League of Women Voters of Wake County is a nonpartisan, grassroots political organization that encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy. We never support or oppose any political party or candidate. Membership is open to anyone 16 years of age or older.

Membership Changes and Website Training

In early February, you will receive an email from LWVUS, asking you to login to a new membership platform called ChapterSpot. At that time, you will be asked to confirm your contact information for subsequent dues payment when it is time for membership renewal.

ChapterSpot will ONLY be used at this time for dues collection at this time. Information about the changes can be found on our ChapterSpot Resources page.

LWV-Wake is hosting another Zoom session to prepare and provide you with information about upcoming membership changes, what actions you will need to take, and how these changes may affect our local League. We will also review common member tasks on our website.
